Functional Description:

Provides rotary motion of a prescribed arm through a total stroke of 134.5 degress; 28 vdc electrically actuated in normal mode and manually operated in alternate mode; a no back brake which uses a ball detent, friction disc at the manual drive to hold reaction torque w/motor driving or an overhauling load on the output arm; device also prevents rotation of manual drive input during electrical operation; manual drive must drive all operating loads both aiding and opposing with a input torque of 22 in. Lbs; the no back and slip clutch combination must limit the input torque to the gearing to prevent actuator damage
