To proof pressure test the 13th stage bleed air regulator and shutoff valve, garrett pneumatics p/n 3214482-1-1/-2-1 or 3214806-1-1/-2-1; the pressure cap will have a c2771-275m pressure science flange to mate with the valve; included with the cap will be appropriate seal and clamp capable of applying 1088 plus or minus 25 psig to the valve; to apply pneumatic pressure to the valve inlet port
