All lamps shall be protected by a of 0.030" of plastic between the lamps and the front face of the panel, all embedded light sources and associated circuitry shall be recessed from the rear surface of the panel and covered with a of 0.020" film of non-conductive resin; resin shall not protrude above the rear surface of the panel
