The eplrs airborne radio set is a rotary wing aircraft powered radio set which provides encrypted communication with the net control station (ncs) an/tsq-158a and an/tsq-158b, via uhf skyhware electromagnetic radiation to determine the precise location of users. The airborne radio set also may communicate with host devices via the adds interface (addsi), providing user to user communications.
