Dump pouch is designed to secure 9 spent m16/m4 30 rd magazines in a convenient; magazines are secured by an internal drawstring opening that can be sized to the user's preference for storing or retrieving magazines; pouch opening has a reinforced stiffener to maintain the bags shape once deployed and to allow for the rapid access of the pouch; the opening can be closed using a hook and loop closure tab; the bag can be rolled up and secured by hook and loop fastener when not in use; this prevents the pouch from becoming entangled in obstacles; the face has an infrared reflectance coating that is called out in co/pd-02-02f
