Programmable air burst munition-traced (pabm-t) cartridge is a fixed round with a projectile body assembly crimped into a cartridge case by a 360 degree crimping ring. The design of the projectile w/base turns count fuze, provides air burst (time mode) point detonation, and point detonation delay. The main high explosive pbxn-5 charge is initiated by the fuze booster. Has a self destruct explosive element which functions after an extended period os time (11 seconds). Cartridge case length 173mm, 710 grams
